At the Sleeping Giant ski area, you will find more than 180 acres of skier and rider accessible terrain. It is also home to a 6,619-foot vertical drop! Sleeping Giant offers visitors three chair lifts, 49 unique runs, and two terrain parks. You could easily spend an entire day at this unique ski area and still have plenty to do.

The Weather at Sleeping Giant

Each year, Cody and the Sleeping Giant ski area has an average of 150 inches of snowfall. Given the amount of snowfall, you can expect frigid mornings and cold afternoons during the winter. The average winter lows average at about 20 degrees Fahrenheit in November to 0 in February. While the average highs usually range from about 30 in November to 15 in February. Remember to bundle up with plenty of layers!
